Convert sketchup model to 3d pdf

Maybe it is there and I just missed it. No one piece seems to fit all environments. I did see many interesting features with Tetra4D. A lot of obstacles on that one since you can no longer play them in a browser window. I just took a second look at them and also talked to them online and the only SketchUp file types they support at least on their list is ifc and wrl files.

I am exchanging emails with them so if I come up with any further information, I will pass it along. I have suggested to them that they should look into supporting SketchUp.

Adjust transparency, object shininess, and colour objects for display. With FME, maintain the original SketchUp file structure by extracting the layer names from traits on the Faces and writing the feature types based on the SketchUp layer name. This means that you can toggle the original layers on and off and view the model in 3D PDF as it was originally designed in SketchUp. Save time on exporting individual 2D scenes to PDF by writing the entire geometric model to a 3D PDF, with the ability to create batch translations to convert all your models at once.

SketchUp is 3D modelling software used by a range of industries including architecture and engineering. PDF files are universally accessible through the freely available Acrobat Reader. You can generate, view, and edit SKP files with their free plan. To begin using this web service, simply open a web browser on your computer, go to its website, select the free plan, and create an account. After that, double-click the SKP file you have added, and it will appear in this web application.
